Patio Pressure Washing & Surface Cleaning
Clean the Space You Actually Spend Time In
A patio is more than another slab of concrete. It is where outdoor furniture sits, where food gets served, where planters drain, where leaves collect, and where Florida rain and humidity can keep shaded areas damp. Over time, those conditions can leave concrete and paver patios covered with dark organic growth, soil, pollen, food residue, and other buildup.
Go2 Pro Cintron Pressure Washing LLC provides patio cleaning in New Port Richey and throughout Pasco County using a surface-first approach. Instead of treating every patio the same way, we look at the material, surrounding features, stains, joints, and condition before deciding how the area should be cleaned. That matters when a patio sits next to screens, doors, landscaping, painted surfaces, pavers, or other materials that require more control than an open driveway.
If your patio is connected to a larger concrete area, you can also learn about our concrete cleaning services. For brick paver patios that need more than a basic wash, see our brick paver cleaning and sealing services.

A Patio Has Different Cleaning Challenges
What Commonly Builds Up on Florida Patios?
Outdoor living areas collect a different mix of contaminants than streets, driveways, or building exteriors. Knowing what is on the surface helps determine how it should be cleaned.
Organic Growth in Damp Areas
Shaded corners, areas beneath furniture, edges near landscaping, and places with limited airflow can stay damp longer after rain. Green or dark organic growth can spread across textured concrete, grout lines, and paver joints when moisture lingers.
Food, Drinks & Everyday Use
Patios used for grilling, outdoor dining, pets, and gatherings can pick up grease spots, drink residue, tracked soil, and other marks that ordinary rinsing may leave behind. Some stains need targeted treatment rather than more pressure.
Leaves, Planters & Landscaping
Wet leaves can leave tannin-colored marks, planters can create rings, and nearby beds can wash soil onto the patio during storms. Irrigation can also contribute mineral or rust-colored staining depending on the water and surrounding fixtures.
The Surface Determines the Process
Patio Cleaning Should Not Be One-Pressure-Fits-All
Durable concrete may respond well to controlled pressure washing and surface-cleaner equipment, but that does not mean the same setup belongs on every patio. Brick pavers require attention to joint sand, existing sealer, edge conditions, and any loose or damaged units. Painted, coated, older, or more delicate surfaces may require lower pressure and a different cleaning approach.
That is one of the biggest reasons we do not recommend treating patio cleaning like a simple DIY rinse. Pressure is only one part of the job. The cleaning solution, dwell time, equipment, nozzle choice, distance from the surface, rinsing, and surrounding materials all affect the final result.
Have pavers rather than plain concrete? Our recent guide on keeping brick pavers in good condition explains why joint care, stains, irrigation, and sealer condition matter before and after cleaning.

Think Beyond the Patio Itself
Create a Cleaner Route From the Driveway to the Back Door
A patio can look dramatically better after cleaning, but the biggest visual improvement often comes from addressing the surfaces that connect to it. Walkways, side paths, steps, driveway edges, and paver transitions can all collect the same dirt and organic growth. If those areas are due for cleaning too, completing them during the same visit can create a more consistent appearance around the property.
Go2 Pro also offers sidewalk cleaning, driveway cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. We can look at the areas together and help you decide what makes sense to clean now instead of automatically adding work you do not need.
We serve New Port Richey and communities throughout the Tampa Bay region. You can review our complete pressure washing service area or see location-specific information for Trinity, Hudson, and Holiday.
Cleaning With the Surrounding Property in Mind
Runoff Matters When Cleaning Outdoor Hard Surfaces
Patios, sidewalks, and other hard surfaces do not absorb water the same way soil does. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency explains that stormwater moving across impervious surfaces can pick up dirt, chemicals, oil, grease, and other pollutants before reaching storm drains or waterways. That is one reason outdoor cleaning should involve more than simply pushing dirty water toward the nearest drain.
We keep surrounding areas, drainage direction, landscaping, debris, and the type of buildup in mind when planning an exterior cleaning project. Property layout is different from one job to the next, so responsible water and debris management should be considered as part of the work.

Frequently Asked Questions
What patio surfaces can Go2 Pro clean?
We clean many common outdoor hard surfaces, including concrete and brick pavers. The correct method depends on the material, age, condition, coatings, sealer, joint condition, and type of buildup. We evaluate the surface before deciding how much pressure or what treatment is appropriate.
Do I need to move patio furniture before cleaning?
Moving small furniture, decorations, rugs, toys, and planters before service is helpful because it gives us better access to the surface. If you have larger or heavier items, let us know when requesting the estimate so we can discuss access before the appointment.
Can you clean the patio and adjoining walkways during one visit?
Yes. Many properties have patios that connect directly to sidewalks, side-yard paths, pool areas, or driveways. If you want multiple surfaces cleaned, include them in the estimate request so the entire project can be evaluated together.
How often should a Florida patio be cleaned?
There is no single schedule that fits every patio. Shaded areas, heavy tree cover, irrigation, frequent entertaining, pets, nearby pools, and drainage can all affect how quickly buildup returns. Many owners schedule cleaning when dark organic growth, staining, or an overall dull appearance becomes noticeable rather than relying on a fixed calendar date.
Will patio cleaning remove every stain?
General dirt and organic buildup can often improve significantly, but not every discoloration is the same. Rust, fertilizer marks, oil, paint, deeply absorbed spills, and permanent surface damage may require separate stain treatment or may not disappear completely. We prefer to identify the stain first rather than promise that pressure alone will remove it.
Can pressure washing damage patio pavers or coatings?
Improper pressure can disturb joint sand, scar softer materials, or affect worn coatings and sealers. That is why pavers, coated surfaces, and older patios should be evaluated before cleaning. The method should match the surface instead of forcing the same pressure setting onto every patio.
